Is this the longest house in America? While scanning for homes to feature on our blog we ran across this house in Westlake, Texas. After investigating we found the home on Zillow.com. Their description is as follows: A stunning, rambling Charles Dilbeck designed estate originally built in 1938 for Ted Dealey, publisher of the Dallas Morning News. Exceptional design and craftsmanship throughout the home. Peaceful location in Westlake on 14 acres. Nestled between three ponds. The home was relocated and restored over a 10 year period with the addition of a basement and an 1800 + square foot guest house. 2 bedrooms in main house plus 2 guest suites and guest house. The house with 11,563 sq ft, has 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and is for sale for $4,995,000.00.
None the less, as our photos show, this home is definitely in the running as the, longest home in America. Maybe someone someday will measure it and then we will all know. Until then we at Billionaire Addresses will consider it the
